Private Parties

We offer this service for those of you requiring absolute privacy and discretion. We maintain absolute secrecy about the event and will not disclose any information about it, to any person, before or after the event. Our photographs will never be sold to any publication, period.

Our hourly rate applies to all time spent at the event. We do not charge for travel time unless it takes more than 1 hour round-trip and we include telephone consultation prior to your event at no additional charge. We will need a deposit of $500.00 to reserve your date as we will no longer accept booking requests for that date once we schedule your event. The deposit is non-refundable and will be due at the time of booking. We will provide a private, password protected, online proof gallery which will only be accessible by you and those whom you choose to provide the link and password to. Prints and enlargements are available for purchase through our in-house print department so that no one else has access to the photographs. Negatives are never made available to anyone for any reason.

Due to the very private nature of these events, all photography services are personally provided by Erik Grammer. Erik also personally handles creation of the online proof gallery and does all of the print fulfillment so that no other person has access to the photographs during any part of the process.
